Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. All shoes must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please be aware that the responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. To keep your leather shoes in excellent condition, clean them regularly with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt and then apply a moisturizing cream for leather shoes to keep them soft and avoid cracking.
