The courier delivers from Monday to Friday , both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient can not request delivery in specific days or times. At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is obliged to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;

- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, with a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.

Delivery times

The delivery of products in Europe usually takes place within 24/48 hours of order processing. Orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped and shipped the same day and delivered to the customer within the following 48 hours.

Possible delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by force majeure or in the case of holidays. Customs duties and taxes (shipping outside the European Union, if active)

With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any customs import charges will be borne by the recipient . Customs duties and any taxes vary depending on the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country: therefore, the Customer is invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import restrictions.

In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (eg incorrect address and / or telephone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), the amount to cover the following expenses: sending goods + return of goods + customs for return and debited to the recipient.
